If you are not satisfied with the deliverd rug from the web shop, you can, after prior notification via contact return the rug whitin seven days. For this, the following rules apply:

  • Please report your return in advance via contact, quoting your order number. Note: returns that have not previously been reported are not taken into consideration.
  • Please put the return carefully in its orginal packing and clearly state your order number (items which are not packaged carefully or arrive damaged, unfortunately cannot be credited)
  • Please send your postage prepaid and within seven days return.
  • The return is at your own expense and risk, therefore please keep the track & Trace code of the returned package.
  • Customized products can not be returned, this also applies to the plaids.
